This test checks for three main things:
The results above tell you the number of concurrent connections and whether or not spreading images across multiple domains will speed up your download time.
To determine whether or not your browser supports gzip, look for a section in your request headers called "http_accept_encoding." If you don't see that header or the values associated with that header do not list gzip, then your browser doesn't support gzip compression.
Viewing the results of the caching test is not currently available through the web interface.
